We strive to understand how economic trends affect the renters market and want you to know that by working through us, you will find the best rentals at the best prices with easy terms and be treated like a valued customer.

 

TIPS FOR GOOD APPLICANTS:

* You need to be ready to move in within 2 weeks.  If you are asking for an owner to hold it for 30 days+ they will most likely select another applicant ready sooner.

* You should have the 1st month + Deposit ready to put down.

* You should have good references from your current landlord and employer,

* If you have pets, it should be limited to 1 (ONE), and a smaller breed under 25lbs for your best chance of pet friendly units.

* Lastly show up on time to your showings, and dont nit pick issues with a unit if you want it. We can resolve issues later once in.
